Taking place early in the morning at the end of September
Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Type of wine
Grapes from our own vineyards. Fermentation and Aging processes are carried out separately until Coupage. Ganimede System with Temperature – controlled fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak. Aging 14 months in French oak barrels.
Intense cherry red high layer with Ruby. Dense light colored teardrop. Elegant Nose. Delicate ripe black fruit aromas blend with spicy hints and balsamic notes. There are also important dairy touches. Reminders of chocolate and minerals complete the complex smelling phase. On the palate the wine has an elegant fullness. It shows a tannin balance with the acidity. It is fleshy and well – structured. It has a long-lasting and intense finish.
Pairing and service
For its fleshiness is an ideal wine to accompany red meats, game, stews, roasts, cured pork products and cured cheese. Ideal serving temperature between 12º and 18ºC
